Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026. Applies to poolangletrain.win (“the site”), operated by Sania Studio (“we”).

In short. The game runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. We do not know who you are and nothing about how you play is sent to us. Like every website, our server keeps a short technical access log. If advertising is switched on, the ad provider may use cookies (see section 4).

1. Data we process

Server access log

When you open a page, our web server records: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response code, the amount of data sent, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and your browser’s user-agent string. We use it only to run and protect the site (find errors, stop abuse and denial-of-service attacks, count visits). Logs are rotated and deleted automatically after about 14 days. IP addresses that abuse the site may be blocked automatically for a time.

Data stored on your device

The game saves a few preferences in your browser’s local storage: the number of balls, the cloth colour, and an automatic graphics-quality level. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can delete it any time in your browser settings.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, location, payment details or any account. Game positions, shots and scores are computed on your device and are not transmitted.

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

Operating and securing the site is our legitimate interest. Preferences stored on your device are strictly necessary to remember your choices. Advertising cookies, if any, are used only with your consent where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The site is hosted on a virtual server in Europe. Our server provider and, if enabled, our advertising partner (section 4) process data as described below. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Advertising

The site may display advertising from Google AdSense or a similar network. Ads are shown only when enabled; they may not be visible yet while the advertising account is being reviewed. When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this or other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of personalised advertising at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.

Where required, a consent message lets you accept or refuse ad cookies before they are set, and you can change your choice later.

5. Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. It uses local storage only (section 1). Cookies may be set by an advertising provider after ads are enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the game works without them.

6. Retention and security

Access logs: about 14 days. Everything else stays on your device until you delete it. The site is served over HTTPS, the server is firewalled, rate-limited and monitored, and only static files are served.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection) you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Because the access log only contains technical data and is deleted within about 14 days, we may ask you for the IP address and time of your visit to find it. Contact us at the address below.

8. Children

The site is a general-audience practice game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents who think a child has provided data can contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

These pages link to other sites (for example the credits of open-source projects). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
